7. Coaching Programs

By purchasing any Coaching Programs (Group or 1:1) offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions specific to this program:

• 1. Program Duration
• This coaching program is 26 weeks in duration which begins at the agreed date between you and Alicia
• 2. Daily Coaching Details
• Coaching Access:
• Coaching is provided through the Voxer app, where you can send voice or text messages.
• You can send messages 24/7 at your own pace and own time.
• Response Time:
• I will respond to messages within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Thursday). Messages sent outside these times will be responded to on the next business day.
• Communication Limits:
• This program is designed for ongoing, focused coaching. Please respect boundaries by limiting communication to relevant questions, reflections, and feedback related to your spiritual growth and program goals.
• 3. Refund Policy
• Due to the high-touch and personalized nature of our coaching programs, no refunds will be provided once payment is submitted.
• If you are unable to complete the coaching for any reason, you may request to defer your remaining time to a future coaching period, subject to availability.
• 4. Payment Plan Agreement
• If you choose to pay for this program through a payment plan, you are committing to completing all scheduled payments in full, regardless of your level of participation or completion of the program.
• Failure to complete payments may result in:
• Suspension of access to our Resource Library, community, coaching, and all services.
• By enrolling in the program, you acknowledge and agree to this payment plan commitment.
• 5. Resource Library and Community Access
• This offer includes access to the Resource Library and its community.
• Resource Library and community access are provided for the full 26 weeks of the coaching program.
• 6. Testimonials and Confidentiality
• Use of Feedback and Screenshots:
• I have permission to share anonymized feedback, testimonials, or screenshots of messages from our communication to promote the coachin program.
• Identifying information (e.g., names, photos, or specific details) will always be removed to ensure your privacy and confidentiality.
• By enrolling in this program, you agree that I may use anonymized content for promotional purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
• Confidentiality:
• All communications during this coaching program are confidential and will not be shared beyond anonymized use as outlined above, except where required by law or written permission granted by you.
• 7. Personal Responsibility
• This program is outcome-based, meaning results depend on your engagement, participation, and willingness to take action.
• As your coach, I am committed to providing guidance, encouragement, and accountability, but the ultimate responsibility for transformation rests with you cooperating with the Holy Spirit.
• 8. Voxer Platform Usage
• You are responsible for downloading the Voxer app and ensuring it is properly set up for communication.
• Technical issues on the client’s end will not extend the coaching period.
• 9. Limited Availability
• Spots for the Daily Coaching program are limited to ensure the highest quality of support. Enrollment is first-come, first-served, and cannot be reserved without payment.
• 10. Termination of Coaching
• I reserve the right to terminate the coaching if there is a breach of these terms, inappropriate behavior, or consistent lack of engagement. No refund will be provided in such cases.
• By purchasing this program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

8. Changes to Terms

Alicia Bright Ministries reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms and conditions.
